Agriculture in Germany Vol. 1

The two agricultural filmmakers Jorn and Tammo Glaser have filmed material throughout Germany for this production, in order to document the work of farmers and agricultural contractors out in the fields. This first film in the four-part DVD collection "Agriculture in Germany" begins in an icy spring. The agricultural contractors are already working for biogas plants to produce fermentation substrates. Sugar beets must be sown and potatoes planted. Soil cultivation for the corn fields is also required. Soft ground and a wet spring make things difficult for the drivers.
